What's New in TripleMask Tracker: Planner, Peak Season Reports, and a Sharper AI Assistant
This is a straightforward list of what's actually shipped recently — no roadmap promises, no "coming soon," just what's live in the app today. If you've used TripleMask Tracker before, here's what's changed.
Planner (formerly Year Planner)
The full-year, Jan–Dec calendar view is still there — it's just called Planner now. Every day auto-shows what's due, pulled straight from your Tasks and Issues deadlines, plus any team notes or events you've added manually. Click any day to see the detail and add something new.
Peak Season Workload Report
New card at the bottom of the Planner page, built for busy stretches — proxy season, earnings season, quarter-end, or any period where the whole team is heads-down. Pick a From/To month range and it breaks the workload down by Group and Role: tasks due, completed on time, completed late, still overdue, and a Goal % (on-time completions as a share of tasks due), plus an attendance percentage for the same window.
Goal Achiever leaderboard and Team Availability
Same report also produces two more views for the period you picked. Goal Achievers ranks team members by on-time task completions, plus participation in two new Planner entry types — Team Discussion and Process Enhancement — so recognition isn't based on task count alone. Team Availability shows, per member per month, whether they're free or already booked up based on their task deadlines, which is the "when is the team actually free" question answered directly instead of guessed at.
Export to Excel — and PowerPoint too
The Peak Season report now exports to a real .xlsx workbook, not just an on-screen table. Separately, the Dashboard and Dynamic Reports downloads already let you choose between a CSV export and a PowerPoint export with native, editable charts — not screenshots pasted into a slide.
Ask AI now sees attendance and login times
The Ask AI chat previously only had visibility into your Issues and Tasks, so a question like "who logged in late this week" came back with an honest "I don't have that data" — accurate, but not useful. It now also has access to recent login times and attendance summaries, so those questions actually get answered.
Automated late-login reminder emails
The Login Times table (under Attendance) now has a Remind button on any late-login row, plus a bulk "send reminder to selected" option, for Owners and Team Leaders. It sends a real, plain email to that person about the specific late login(s) — no copy-pasting an email by hand.
