Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TripleMask Tracker (the "App") and this marketing website. By creating a workspace or using the App, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. The person who creates a workspace ("Owner") is responsible for managing member access, roles, and permissions within that workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or accounts, to interfere with the App's operation, or to reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written consent.

Subscriptions and billing

TripleMask Tracker is currently free to use during this early access period — there is no paid plan or checkout at this time. If paid plans are introduced in the future, existing workspaces will be given advance notice before any billing begins.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data your workspace creates in the App (issues, tasks, attendance records, and similar content). We access this data only as needed to operate, maintain, and support the service, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI features

The App's AI assistant uses a third-party AI model to generate responses, suggestions, and summaries. AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated suggestions (such as priority, deadline, or task changes) before relying on them.

Service availability

We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App depends on third-party infrastructure (including Google Firebase and, for AI features, Google's Gemini API), and outages on those platforms may affect availability.

Termination

You may stop using the App and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
